The room-rates in US-Dollar are billed in Rupees with a very bad change-rate! My Sri Lankan husband was treated like a beach-boy, that was rented by a rich white lady!!

I will not make reservation in this hotal in future becuse very expencve without faclty ( nathing avlbl in the partemnt as we rceve the partemnt facelty after many call nd some of them rcevd nxet day )

Ocean views and friendly vibes 🌊

The service peeps are so chilled, super helpful and friendly, especially Priyangika. Those ocean views frommy room were lekker, and brekkie was tasty, a proper start to the day! Also had a rad time chilling at the pool with my kids, what a vibe!

Only downside was the room had two single beds instead of a double, a bit awkward for the family, but we made it work!

The worst hotel i ever stayed in. I will not recomend this hotel to anyone

1- very bad service. 2- very bad rooms. 3- price dosent meets the facilities. 4- too bad food

Facility and the location(beach is just in front) was nice.

At first staff told me there is no availble room though my booking was completed 1hour before my arrival.Needed to wait till someone cancelled.Needed to ask to unlock the window 5times.Other rooms internation phone calls were charged to me when I checked out. One staff was good, the others were so irritating.

The views were great, but the bathroom had a persistent bad smell.

Hotel was fantastic and comfortable, I enjoyed the stay.

the breakfast was great and the rooftop bar was a plus.

During my stay, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of my room, which left much to be desired. The food also fell short of expectations, showing a lack of effort in quality. I appreciated the friendly and helpful nature of the staff, who assisted in shortening my stay without any hassle. It's situated close to local attractions like Wellawatte Beach and various temples, which made for easy exploration.

We stayed in a three bed room apartment. The rooms and the living room were spacious. All the rooms have balcony overlooking beach or city front. Rooms were clean, Spacious kitchen with washer and stove. Check out was a breeze so long as you haven't consumed anything else.

Kitchen did not have any utensils. Not even a coffee maker, or glasses. This is very strange considering the fact that we booked the room with a kitchen. After calling the front desk they sent us a coffee maker and couple of utensils.

The cleanliness in rooms requires serious attention!!! The pool facilities are subpar, especially considering the unsettling amount of dirt around the edges and lack of maintenance throughout the premises!!!

Everything was very good, incredible location close to a shopping area, the staff were attentive! The room was neat and outstanding for a queen double bed.

- The hotel room i got has no differences from the rooms i get for 40 dollars. infact it is smaller than those. So the rooms are expensive. One of the reason i stayed there was it was near to the place i had to attend for my work and the free Wifi service mentioned. but wifi is not at all accessible because poor reception. it sucks. not good for business people. so i dont think there is a need to stay in this hotel instead of staying the cheaper rate ones i mentioned at the top in a business trip

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach. The spacious apartments had fantastic ocean views and well-equipped kitchens, perfect for longer stays. The staff was always accommodating and friendly.

Occasionally, the dining options were limited, especially during busy breakfast hours.
